printmaking
Lino one of the most accessible forms of relief print-making;
it is fun, direct and lends itself to bold patterns and designs.
In
this 3 hour morning course have a go at;
• Developing an image for printing
• Preparing and cutting a lino block
• Inking and printing from a lino-block in one colour
There
are no specific requirements for the course - just a sense of
fun, an apron/ old shirt and a willingness to get stuck in!
I have some images in scrapbooks, but if there is a particular
subject you would like to try printing, it might be helpful
to bring some images and ideas with you.
Spaces
are limited to just 4 people per session.

Print Scilly, Phoenix Craft Studios, Porthmellon, St Mary's.
Cost: £20 per person.
